• Schedule and route service calls for maximum efficiency
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day

• Plumbing or home-service dispatch experience required
• ‍Strong knowledge of Baltimore County & City geography
• Experience with ServiceTitan (a major plus)
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
• A true team player who wants to grow with us

• High school diploma / GED

• General office environment

• Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Must have sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software and communications equipment.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions.
